Our Services are individualised, person centred and deliver valued outcomes, as we passionately believe that everyone has the right to live lives that are meaningful and which enable them to reach their full potential as individuals. We have a well-earned reputation for excelling in our support and service quality and we play a key role in supporting and influencing the wider mental health system across our city.
We work in active partnership with a range of local organisations to deliver services and challenge the stigma that surrounds mental distress.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs
The Birmingham, Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub service is a combined integrated, innovative service delivered through a partnership led by Birmingham Mind with our partners: Creative Support.
The new service operates around four Recovery Hubs based in Erdington, Handsworth, Yardley and Northfield in order that the service can be accessible citywide.
Each Hub offers 1:1 recovery support planning, recovery-focused activities and support to develop peer-led support networks and groups. However we have developed the service to offer a blended mix of virtual activities and face to face support sessions.
Support is available via face-to-face sessions in the Hubs, online sessions, but also via private peer social media groups and outdoor sessions (using parks & garden space).
This integrated service allows service users to move freely across all 4 locations, with the opportunity to choose from support sessions available on each Hub timetable.
Each Hub offers a refreshed timetable every 6-8 weeks.
Online Referrals and current timetables are accessible via the service website
