Support for Mental Health for Adults in the borough of Wellingborough. Provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which individuals can discuss any aspect of their life with the knowledge that they have been heard and understood. All of the counsellors are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in their ethical framework.
Crisis cafes are open at Wellingborough on Fridays from 4-9 pm and Saturdays 12-8 pm. These have professional mental health workers, and they aim to support individuals to reduce any immediate crisis and to safety plan
