We have many years of experience of providing high quality and effective IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services. We are extremely proud of the life-changing psychological therapies service provided in Thurrock where we offer and easily accessible entrance into talking therapies for common mental health difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders such as OCD, PTSD and social phobias. Our teams of specialist staff work in a variety of settings including face-to-face and using confidential online platforms to meet the needs of the individuals we support.
Inclusion Thurrock IAPT & recovery college is for anyone aged 18 or over who is experiencing mental health difficulties or is affected by mental health.
