Your local mental health charity

Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan is an independent mental health charity that is affiliated with Mind National. We work with and for people who experience mental health problems. We provide information so people know their rights and make informed choices.

We believe that one size doesn’t fit all; we offer a bespoke, person-centred service working in partnership with all agencies to benefit the individual.

Aims

To provide a service that is accessible, adaptable, person-centred and recovery-focused. People who access our service should be actively involved in planning and delivering our service.
To challenge stigma and discrimination experienced by people who are marginalised by society.
- To assist people in achieving their goals and ambitions
