Our Services
We are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support. Our core purpose is to provide services and support to anyone affected by mental illness, improving their quality of life and wellbeing

Peer Support
Peer support groups offer a supportive environment for individuals in a group setting with others who have similar experiences and outlooks.
Peer support is when people use their own experiences to help each other. There are different types of peer support, but they all aim to:
- bring together people with shared experiences to support each other
- provide a space where you feel accepted and understood
- treat everyone’s experiences as being equally important
- involve both giving and receiving support.
In peer support everyone’s views and experiences are equally valued, rather than anyone being seen as more of an expert than others. How much support you give and receive can vary depending on what feels right for you at different times.
Art Groups
Art is a great way to express our ideas, feelings and emotions.
Many people find art-making to be a soothing activity that reduces stress and brings them into the moment as everything else melts away.
Gardening Groups
Our gardening projects provide a welcoming, safe place where people can work together with others outside of a mental health setting. Gardening can have so many beneficial effects on people, whatever their age or background.
The projects allows members to:
- Discuss what you would like to gain from the project
- Set some individual goals to work towards
- Learn new skills
- Meet new people & perhaps form new friendships
- Build their confidence
