We are one of the largest mental health providers working in Northamptonshire. We work in partnership with Local Minds, Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust and other Mental Health providers to support the mental health community through service provision, campaigning and influencing.

We are local leaders in developing innovative services that support people with Mental Health problems and together with our partners in the Mental Health Northants Collaboration, we are leading the way in redesigning and providing Mental Health services.
We also provide education and learning opportunities for people completing professional qualifications in Social Care, Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Groups and Peer Support
Motivational Mondays
Finding the motivation to begin tackling our goals is often the most difficult part of achieving them. Finding the motivation to begin tackling our goals is often the most difficult part of achieving them. If this sounds familiar, then you may benefit from our six-week Motivational Monday’s group.
Here, we will cover a range or theoretical knowledge such as setting SMART goals and understanding habits, along with practical activities such as Mindfulness and Music therapy to help boost our “get up and go”.
Debt and Mental Health
Peer advice and support tips on how to manage money, signposting available – This group is on-going and will restart every 6 weeks.
Please note we will not be able to help with the filling out of benefits forms.
Life Acceptance Group
This group will aim to help those coming to terms with difficult situations by learning acceptance skills to help move on, overcome or manage adversity.
Family and Friends Support Group
This is a peer-led group with the aim to help support those who have a loved one with a mental health condition.
You will receive advice and support from peers in a group setting with how to help your own wellbeing and your loved ones.
Parenting Group
For parents who feel they could do with some time and space to discuss family life issues. It is free to join and will be on each week with activities for the children to join in with during school holidays.
The aim is for the group is to support each other and encourage positive parenting skills. Come and join us for some serious conversations, fun, and laughter.
Other Services
Counselling
Our counselling service can help you explore your situation or any difficulties that you may be experiencing in a safe and confidential environment.
Counselling is a protected time for you and your counsellor to work together on areas of your life that are causing you concern or are feeling out of balance. Our experienced team of counsellors can offer you 12 sessions of counselling.
Crisis Cafe
If you are in crisis or need support with your mental health, we are here to listen and help you in your time of need. Mind Cafés have professional mental health workers who can offer you a safe space.
We aim to support people to reduce any immediate crisis and to safety plan; drawing on strengths, resilience, and coping mechanisms to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing Courses
Our courses are open to everyone, offering you the opportunity to gain a better understanding of different mental health problems.
The courses are designed to be suitable for people who have either experienced mental health problems, their family, friends or carers for people with lived experience of mental health issues. Each course explores techniques, skills, and interventions to build resilience and grow knowledge.
