About the Greater Manchester Recovery Academy
The Greater Manchester Recovery Academy provides a range of free educational resources for people with mental health and substance misuse problems, their families and carers as well as health care professionals.
The resources are useful if you are looking to increase your knowledge and understanding of mental health, improve your mental wellbeing, or simply want to learn something new.
The resources are co-written and co-delivered by professionals and people with mental health or substance misuse problems in order to recognise with equal importance both professional expertise and lived experience and promote our philosophy of shared learning.
