Mind in Harrow
Who we are
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’ll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
During the current Coronavirus outbreak, Mind in Harrow has stopped our face-to-face services.
We continue to offer our services via the telephone or digital options.
Our Mental Health Telephone Information Helpline remains open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
Please contact us by phone at 020 8426 0929 or email at info@mindinharrow.org.uk.
Mind in Harrow is doing everything we can to support the mental health of those self-isolating at this time. We also help those in need of food and essential supplies by coordinating with the local support network. We work closely with local charities and public services to keep people safe.
Please continue to check our website and social media as we post regular updates. Please be patient as we adapt to these changes. We wish everyone well in these extraordinary times!
You can also download our Wellbeing tips for working at home and self-isolating.
