We are your local mental health charity. At Mid and North East Essex Mind, we believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We are an independent charity with Registered Charity Number 1064309 and part of a network of 130 local Minds affiliated with the national charity Mind.

These services are open to anyone over the age of 18. If you are under 18 please visit the Help for Children and Young People page on our website. Some of what we offer depends on whether you live in north Essex or mid-Essex.
